When entering credit or debit card details please ensure that your browser displays a padlock, this is usually at the top of you browser window.
If you don’t want to order on line then our sales team will be willing to take your order, you can pay over the phone or send a cheque / postal order made payable to ‘Freedom Concepts’, or you can pay by BACS. Your order can only be dispatched when your monies have cleared.
You can pay via our website or over the phone with our telesales team.
We accept visa, MasterCard, switch, uk maestro & international maestro, electron & Solo cards.
If you are paying by switch please include your card issue and your start date.
VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable to the product.
All orders will be dispatched using a specialist parcel logistics company & can be delivered to anyone you wish (in UK mainland)
We operate a 48 Hour delivery service, orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday but if you require at Saturday delivery there may be a small charge of an extra £5.99 per parcel.
Postage charges are £5.99 per box, per address.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept the delivery they will leave a card and wait for the recipient to contact them, please make sure addresses & postcodes are correct.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be despatched until the Monday.
The last day for delivery for guaranteed Christmas orders is 18th December.
It is illegal in the uk to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is an offence for persons to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol. No persons under of age may place an order with ‘Freedom Concepts’ if the goods contain alcohol.
If you have entered our free competition we will not make your details available to anybody else.
We would like to email you up to date details of our website but if you do not want this then please tick the do not email details box.
Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to ‘Freedom Concepts’ in writing, email or telephone call within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We want you to be happy with your purchase & will endeavour to replace any products you are not happy with.
Every effort will be made to despatch the items specified, however in the event of difficulties we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal value.
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days to despatch all payments will be refunded.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we would like to here from you. We need to know how we can improve our service and correct it; complaints will be answered within 24 hours.

From time to time Pamper Gift Boxmay send you e-mails, if you do not wish to receive further e-mails please click the Unsubscribe link in the email.
We have your permission to use your artwork and logos for the purposes of printing and fulfilling an order, we have your permission to use your artwork and logos and all artwork must be approved by someone in your organisation before we print.
Where orders for corporate customers have been placed we require 60% payment before despatch.
